I have a John Deere 8440. I was in the field all day, and it hit the highway and lost all hydraulics. I tried to fix the problem. The engine was still running, I still had the clutch, but I couldn’t steer. The crankshaft does not turn.
If the engine runs, but the crankshaft pulley does not turn, then the pulley slips on the CS or the front of the CS is broken.
